Property for sale in Berkeley Square is very rare. The client wanted a coffee table book (for a budget), to reflect a property that had £6million spent on its refurbishment, so we had to pull out all the stops. The casebound cover is red bonded leather with gold foil blocking, and there are 28 pages, showing off the great photography of a unique building.

Hammerson, the client for this investment brochure, are very design savvy, and expected us to be sympathetic to their brand and ideas. The result was one that everyone involved was very proud of, promoting not just the building, but the company and their aspirations too.

We produced this 36 page casebound investment brochure for Goldman Sachs’ London Headquarters. Printed in five colours, with silver ink, the design features reflect the financial nature of the tenant. Aerial photographs feature heavily, as the only way to show the size of the property.

We were appointed to the Nexus project when the building was almost complete. We considered the marketing material that had been used pre-completion and redesigned it making sure that there was some synergy to what had gone before. We produced a post-completion 28 page brochure, website and on site marketing graphics.

We produce a variety of marketing materials for the Agency team at Allsop for many of their Central London leasing instructions, from printed brochures to vinyl floor graphics.
Hextable School - a new brand
The concept that we envisioned for the Hextable School prospectus was bought into right from the start by the school. We decided that a great way to sell the school was to let the students tell their story, as we felt that prospective Year 6 students would be able to relate much more easily to their contemporaries.
Martini Cruises - Yacht Brochure
We were asked to produce a full colour brochure by the owners of this 130 foot luxury yacht. Aimed at the exclusive charter market with an eye on a future potential sale, we ensured that the finished document was as high quality as the yacht itself.
Passmores - Sales Brochure
Passmores had been using and relying on the same form of marketing materials for many years. They were innovative in their products but their competitors had stolen a march on them with their marketing. Working alongside the Directors we helped reposition Passmores by means of a new style and a full colour brochure.
Fishkeeper.co.uk
Maidenhead Aquatics are a national company with over 100 stores but their web presence was badly out of date. We created a brand new content managed system and an online resource for the fishkeeping hobbyist.

Micro sites are a valuable marketing tool for the central London letting market. In addition to this marketing website we also produced printed particulars on behalf of Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas.
Yogo - Retail Branding
We were approached by Yogo with a fairly open brief. Following comprehensive research, we created a name and logo, marketing materials and a flash based website. We employed a copywriter to work with us on a range of postcards and adverts aimed at a young professionals and students. We also acted as consultant on the interior design and outside seating area of its first shop.
Freshwater Lobster Co. Branding
The Freshwater Lobster Co., run by a passionate food loving owner, was a new company that needed a brand that would give them a professional look on supermarket shelves and yet still appeal to the discerning ‘foodie’ at farmers markets and food fayres. We created the name and brand, before rolling it out through print, web and display stands at the fayres.
